RECHTLICHE HINWEISE - LEGAL NOTES

1	Jede widerrechtliche Verwendung des geschützten Logos und eingetragener Marken des Instituts V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich ist strikt verboten.
2	Ebenso ist die Verwendung von Abkürzungen des Institutsnamens verboten. Dieser hat richtigerwiese immer wie folgt zu lauten: V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. (NPO) - Österreich
3	Vor jeglicher Veröffentlichung eines Artikels, sei es online (Blog, redaktionell etc) oder in gedruckter Form, ist vorher die schriftliche Zustimmung der Rechtsabteilung des Instituts V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich einzuholen und per e-mail ein Entwurf zu senden, der auf inhaltliche Richtigkeit der Fakten überprüft wird, um subjektive Fehlinformationen des Artikelverfassers zu vermeiden.
4	Bei allfälligen Veröffentlichungen von Artikeln aller Art (online, blog, gedruckt) und TV/Radio-Beiträgen ist es strikt verboten, den Namen, das Logo und die gemeinnützige Tätigkeit des Instituts V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich mit Dritten, nicht mit dem Institut in Zusammenhang stehenden Personen oder Fakten zu verbinden.
5	Bei Gewährung der Verwendung des Logos des Instituts V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich ist die Farbselektion code RAAL 5022 für Farbdokumente, sowie RAAL 9005 für schwarz/weiß einzuhalten. Das Logo des Instituts V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich muss vollständig dargestellt werden d.h. mit dem Symbol ®.
6	Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Vorschriften führt zur Beschreitung des Rechtsweges auf internationaler Ebene.

1	Any unauthorized use of the registered logo and trademarks of the Institute V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich is strictly forbidden.
2	Using shortforms of the Institute´s name is forbidden. Its full wording has to be used, as below: V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. (NPO) - Österreich
3	Publishing any article either under online (blogs, editorials etc) or printed form requires the prior written consent by the Legal Department of the Institute V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich. A draft of the article has to be submitted by email in order to allow the Institute to ascertain the correctness of the facts stated in the article and to avoid any misinformation of the author.
4	When publishing articles of any kind (online, blog, printed ) or TV/Radio-programs it is strictly forbidden to associate the Institute`s name, logo and public benefit work with third parties that are not in relationship with the Institute V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich.
5	In the case of granted use of the logo of the Institute V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO – Österreich, the color code RAAL 5022 für color documents and RAAL 9005 for black/white has to be observed. The logo of the Institute V.F.F. Mare Nostrum e.V. NPO Österreich has to be reproduced in whole complete with the symbol ®.
6	Any non-compliance with these rules will inevitably cause legal action on an international level.
