We
are the
Austrian Institute for the Development of Higher Education and Research
and as
such are registered at the Austrian Ministry of the Interior.
By
official
statutes our Institute is a no-profit but public benefit organization
founded
by idealistic academics for the purpose of supporting access and
development of
scientific higher education and research facilities for the less
wealthier
students. We are not a commercial business society
but a no-profit R&D organization. Our research programs are
long-term
organized and we do not have day-by-day NSE/NSB activity! .
Our
project VFF World Volcanoes Film Documentary
Program 2014 - 2026, has been developed by the Institute VFF
since
2013 with the aim of creating an independent international
network of
researchers and students. A main focus lies on divulgation of
video
films created with the use of drones in various active volcano areas
worldwide
where scientific research missions are carried out.
Employing
drones for filming of
scientific documentaries has to take place in full compliance with laws
ruling
the use of RPAS - VTOL (UAV) systems
i.e. FAA EU-Rpas-roadmap.

We
underline that our
Institute carries out design, development and sample building of high
reliability RPAS VTOL RTF systems .
Flight
controllers, ESC controllers, IMU & Special Sensors
modules are also our design & development.
Outrunner
Brushless Sensored Motors , BMU
& GPS modules are makes of other
companies ( among them a
number of items are custom made for us) .
Our
engineers of various
branches like electronics, mechanics, aerodynamics , simulation systems
&
testing have selected a number of manufacturers of components,
sub-assemblies
and semi-finished parts for RPAS( UAV ). The requirement is for the
most
reliable level of safety due to the already known risks that may be
represented
by flying remote controlled devices.
Note :
In our
Institute´s labs we assemble customized
configurations of
RPAS systems based on frames MRT-GAUI, not for sale but only for
scientific
study
purpose.
